
Nobody has a set schedule. I used to keep my morning routine quiet, as I woke up late.Starting your day right sets the tone for everything that follows. The perfect morning routine promotes wellness and sets you up for a successful day. For the last few months ,I’ve been following a routine that sets the tone for my day-small and simple things that boost my happiness and productivity.
Before I share my morning routine, let me tell you : I get enough sleep.I don’t want to start my day drained, irritated,exchausted, or grumpy.
Caution: I am not a doctor or physician . The routine I am going to share works for me. You have to find the best morning routine which multiply your happiness and productivity.
⏰Wake up at 6:30 a.m
I don’t believe in waking up to the noise of an alarm clock or mobile. It’s irritating and abruptly disrupts my sleep cycle. Instead, I prefer giving myself a little time in bed before putting on my slippers.
🙇♂️Positive Morning Affirmation
A new day new start. I pray for my family and declare from the outset how I want my day to go.
- I am making smart decisions for myself.
- I am, and always will be, kind to others.
- I let go of any negative feelings about myself or my life and accept all that is good.
- Today is a wonderful day. Today is a great day.
- Waking up with a feeling of gratitude ensures I start my day in good spirits. A thankful heart is a happy heart.
🛏️ Make My Bed
I love to do my work and not to bother other family members. A study reveals that making your bed in the morning can make you more productive.The belief behind this thought is that doing little things can change and improve the quality of your life.

🪥🧴Morning ablutions
Brush and Loo- Nothing out of ordinary here. We all do. Haa Haa 😆🚽
🥛Detox Water+ Vitamins 💊
Drink a full glass waster. Then I have glass of soaked chia seeds and methi seeds. It’s a good idea to do this before your morning coffee or tea to avoid forgetting. This also combats any dehydration from caffeinated drinks. I follow this with a multivitamin, vitamin C (1 effervescent tablet), and 1 calcium tablet.


🧘♂️Morning Meditation + 🚶➡️Yoga for 10 Mins
I spend time meditating each morning, which improves focus, increases self-esteem and confidence, and quiets the cacophony of mental angst and turbulence I constantly contend with. I don’t talk or get involved in anything without my calm 5-10 min time period. During this time, I avoid all the noise at home by closing the door for a few minutes and stretching my body.
🎼 Listen To Music (Devotional +Calm+Other)
I play the devotional or calm music/prayers in morning to keep myself focused. I usually play it after waking up. First devotional and later on favourite Hindi/ English songs.
💪 Hit The Gym Twice/ Thrice a week
Mostly I hit gym twice or thrice a week. I do it 30-40 min per session.I try different workout. Running, strength training or core muscle build up.
☕️+ 🍚 Coffee + Soaked Overnight oats
After yoga or exercise, I go straight to the kitchen. I make bullet coffee ( a tablespoon of ghee and instant coffee powder ,mixed with boiled water ). Then, I bring out soaked oats (Oats soaked in almond or gluten-free milk with dry fruits ) from the freezer and let them sit for 10-15 min before eating. Appreciating an aromatic cup of coffee or tea can make starting your day more enjoyable.


📚 Reading A book for 15 Minute
I try to make this a habit for morning but sometimes I push it to the evening . Generally in morning I read for 10-15 minute.
📆Set Priorities for myself
I set priorities for the day.I make it a point to spend a few minutes each morning determining what I want to do that day. I think through my to-do list carefully so that I won’t add things which takes much of time but not important. Focus on what’s matter and schedule downtime
📉Trading -Stock + F&O -Indian Market (NSE,BSE)
This is I have started as a routine in morning to invest sometime .30 min usually covering pre market session. This is in weekdays.
🚿Shower + 🧴Skincare Routine
Took Bath and do my regular skincare routine (Moisturiser+ Sunscreen+ Fungal Powder).
🤲Prayer to God
I bow to god and pray for my family well being before starting for office.

Take Notes
- Start Small -small changes to your routines can boost your mood and energy
- When you get up and go to bed at the same time every day, you’ll keep your body’s internal clock in sync. That makes you more alert in the morning, and sleepy when it’s time to call it a night.
- Natural light gets your brain going and keeps your body clock on track. If it’s gloomy out, turn on the lights.
- To curb your urge to stay under the covers, plan something to look forward to each morning
- Regular coffee drinkers are also less likely to get the blues than those who rarely or never sip the strong stuff
- If you work out first thing, you’ll fall asleep more easily than if you do it later on
- Try to have a small morning meal anyway.
- Hydrate first in the morning
- Morning Stretch is very necessary
- A splash of cold shower
- A bowl of oatmeal with nuts and berries
- Set your goals and prepare your to do list
- Listen to motivational music
- Whether you live alone or not, speak to loved ones in the morning to help put you in a good mood first thing. I talk to mom every morning.
- Spend time on a hobby .I do gardening.
- Perform a retrospective
- Take care of your skin
- Read your favourite book- Motivational or self help book
